A company is looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist / Senior Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HubSpot CRM super admin, managing system configurations, data quality, and user accessCollaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement enhancements, and develop actionable reporting and dashboardsOversee daily support operations, lead a support team, and ensure efficient resolution of user requestsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in CRM administration, with at least 2 years in HubSpot CRM for large companiesProven experience in managing support CRM operations, preferably with direct people management experienceStrong knowledge of HubSpot, CRM data models, and reporting toolsDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentProactive, ambitious, and results-driven with an international mindset and ability to collaborate across cultures
