The OpportunityWe’re looking for a culinary leader who’s ready to stretch boundaries, build kitchens from the ground up, and create menus that turn heads.
As Culinary Director, you’ll collaborate with ownership and our talented Kitchen and Operations Team to:
- Craft unforgettable menus
- Lead and mentor a growing culinary management team

Kitchen Leadership & Culinary Execution
- Define culinary programs and menus across multiple concepts
- Oversee culinary management and kitchen teams
- Collaborate on strategies to improve service, reduce costs, and increase revenue
- Create dishes that are craveable, consistent, and concept-aligned
- Conduct line checks, lead menu rollouts, and uphold quality standards
- Hire, train, and grow a team of emerging leaders
- Foster a kitchen culture that’s professional, positive, and proactive
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment—both physically and mentally
- Control food and labor costs like a pro
- Work with kitchen management to oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings to help grow the business
- 5+ years of experience in commercial kitchens
- 2+ years in a leadership role at a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant (Michelin experience is a plus!)
- Calm under pressure and thoughtful in managing people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills
- Reliable, flexible, and all-in on teamwork
- Experience in East Asian cuisine (Chinese/Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese) strongly preferred
