We’re growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in interior design, construction, or home remodeling sales who wants to represent a reputable, established company with a stellar local reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calls, and showroom visits.

  • Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors to discuss cabinetry needs.

  • Understand client design goals, budgets, and timelines to provide tailored solutions.

  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and detailed job estimates.

  • Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy from concept to installation.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and industry professionals.

  • Follow up on leads and manage projects from initial consultation through completion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cabinetry, millwork, or home improvement sales (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of custom cabinetry, woodworking, or interior design.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and design layouts.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD or cabinet design software (a plus).

  • Willingness and ability to learn custom cabinetry design software
