Design and Fabrication Project Manager – Entry Level MRA is seeking a resourceful, solution-oriented Project Manager, who can think outside the box, to join our rapidly growing mobile experiential tour team – and bring our client’s vision to life. The Project Manager is responsible for servicing our clients in the creation of one of a kind mobile exhibits. This position will work hand in hand MRA’s program development team, and MRA clients, to support the design and production of customized trailers. This is an essential role in our production process, responsible for the product lifecycle, from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, materials sourcing, vendor partner management and quality oversight. Key Responsibilities (included but are not limited to) : Project Planning & Management Support Lead all phases of mobile exhibit projects from kick-off to final delivery. Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. Track project milestones and adjust schedules as needed. Fabrication & Construction Oversight Work closely with design and fabrication teams to ensure exhibits are built to spec. Source and manage materials, components, and fabrication vendors. Ensure safety standards, code compliance, and structural integrity. Client & Stakeholder Coordination Support client communications, including capturing and communicating key decisions, project status, change in scope and approvals. Support regular update meetings and provide clear documentation. Supporting the MRA Team Fulfill a key cross-functional communications function, disseminating information across our team of designers, engineers and production managers. Manage communications, sharing of drawings and project specifications to subcontractors and third-party partners. Skills/Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or 1 - 2 years’ experience in project management or relevant professional field Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment Ability to provide clear, accurate communications Comprehensive benefits package, including : Competitive wages Medical, dental, vision insurance Company paid Life Insurance Time Off 401K Company paid holidays, Paid time off Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
