- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and timeliness.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, documenting all interactions and actions taken.
- Provide product information and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and inform them of promotions or new services.
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or communication is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required.
