As a transforming company, we are continuously seeking positive, energetic, and passionate individuals to join our team. ________________________________________ What Youll Do As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as the primary liaison between Hyperion Solutions and our customers, supporting [insert product line]. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Care, your role includes: Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email; provide accurate quotations; proactively communicate order status and resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships. Order Processing: Process quotes, orders, and related sales forms accurately following ERP system guidelines; maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments. Problem Resolution: Address a wide range of customer questions with in-depth product knowledge; provide solutions and alternatives promptly; collaborate with logistics, accounting, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Perform all other duties as assigned. ________________________________________ What You Bring High school diploma required; sales or industry experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or office management software. Dependable, with regular and prompt attendance. Capabilities & Skills: Effective Communication: Clearly convey ideas, actively listen, share information with the team, and engage others in discussions. High-Quality Work: Complete tasks promptly, review work for accuracy, and consider the impact on colleagues and customers.
