Staffmark is hiring! Join our team in Dayton, OH, as a Customer Care Specialist and enjoy a hybrid work schedule- work-from-home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and in-office on Tuesday and Thursday. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping customers and supporting the sales team with product information, order management, and exceptional service.
Pay: $17.00/hour
Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Work-from-home Monday/Wednesday/Friday, In-office Tuesday/Thursday
What You'll Do:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or fax regarding pricing, availability, order tracking, and product solutions
 - Enter orders from multiple channels (email, EDI, phone) and follow up on incomplete or problematic orders
 - Assist customers in navigating the company website and process returns or credits according to brand guidelines
 - Track and document customer feedback in SAP and identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products
 - Maintain product knowledge, follow established procedures, and meet performance objectives
 - Support workplace safety initiatives and demonstrate company core values
 
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in business, marketing, sales, or finance preferred
 - 2-3 years of customer care experience, ideally in a product support or manufacturing call center
 - Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar and attention to detail
 - Professional, reliable, and flexible with strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, 10-key)
 - Experience with SAP and contact management (ACD) systems a plus
