A company is looking for a Customer Design & Service Specialist to enhance customer experience and pre-production design support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer design support by reviewing artwork for print readiness and making minor design adjustmentsAssist in pre-order entry and production preparation, ensuring accuracy of specifications and collaborating with teams to resolve issuesRespond to customer inquiries and provide proactive updates on order status while acting as a liaison between sales, design, and production teamsRequired Qualifications2-4 years of experience in design support, Prepress, or Customer Service in the print/packaging industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design preferred, but not requiredA portfolio review is required during the interview process
