What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and guide complex services engagements to successful completion using industry best practices in project management.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables in alignment with customer goals.
- Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed project plans, resource allocations, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Serve as the central point of collaboration between customers, account management, and services delivery teams.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, escalating issues and providing resolution strategies as needed.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on advanced engineering solution project planning.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO standards and processes.
- Organize and manage multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need:
- BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an engineering software environment (BS+5, MS+3, or PhD+2).
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple workstreams in technical domains.
- Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies for project management.
- Knowledge of Ansys, CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software packages is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
