Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager
Location: Corporate Office - Allied National Services
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
Allied National Services is seeking a dependable, upbeat, and assertive Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at our corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer satisfaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating vendor services and managing customer requests to ensure services meet both client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure daily attendance of employees

  • Schedule special services and confirm completion (pre- and post-service) via phone

  • Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls

  • Maintain and update records in CRM software

  • Follow up on equipment repair requests

  • Manage and resolve service-related issues with customers and vendors

  • Process contractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Source, vet, and onboard new contractors and employees

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or client relations role in an office setting

  • Consistent and stable work history (no frequent job changes)

  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Confident, assertive, and capable of making sound decisions based on business needs

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills

  • Management experience preferred but not required

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
