Job Title: Customer Service Advocate II
Location: 17 Technology Circle, Columbia, SC 29203
Duration: 03 Month Contract to Hire
Pay Range is $17/hr to 18/hr. on W2
Job Description:
- Responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous customer support through phone, email, or written communication. Handles both routine and complex inquiries requiring research and coordination with internal teams.
- Processes adjustments, resolves customer issues, and ensures accurate documentation of all interactions. Provides feedback and suggestions to enhance service quality and process efficiency.
- Assists in training new team members while maintaining departmental performance and compliance standards.
Skills:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage confidential information and high-stress situations; proficient in computer systems and office applications.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of customer service or claims experience (Bachelor’s degree accepted in lieu of experience).
