Pay Rate: $15.50/HR
Fully onsite
Training: 11 weeks from 8AM-4:30PM
Must be comfortable working an 8-hour shift between 8AM-8PM, with the most common shift being from 9:30AM-6PM.
No time off allowed from January 12th-May 16th, 2026

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Advocate II? You’ll be:
• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations through various communication channels.
• Initiating or processing adjustments and performing research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to management regarding customer needs and complaints.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong human relations and organizational abilities.
• Are able to handle high-stress situations and maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Strong data entry and MS Office skills
