What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Help guests with questions, schedules, pricing, promotions, and travel information
• Sell ferry tickets and gift shop merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable guest experience
• Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and balance drawers
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Restock and organize merchandise display
