The Donut Man in Los Angeles , CA is looking for one customer service to join our 19 person strong The Donut Man in Downtown Los Angeles, CA is looking for one customer service to join our team. We are located on 317 S Broadway inside Grand Central Market. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
Position Schedule/Availability
- Open Availability is a must
- Open Nights and Weekends
- Specifically Looking to Fill Sat and Sun shifts
