Customer Service-Enrollment Services-100% Onsite Role Max Bill Rate $33.10-Pay Range $22-23 per hourLocation- 6465 National Drive Livermore, CA Will Be 100 percent Onsite position. Hours: Must be flexible to work a shift between 5am-5pm PST This is a back filled role looking to fill ASAPSelected candidate would start as soon as screenings have cleared. Job Description- Enrollment Services is responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process. They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active. Will be trained on the specific enrollment process, but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus. Must have: Previous Customer service Experience, Will be Working over and on the Phone- Someone who can learn quickly and retain information. Good phone etiquette and ability to multitask. High Attention to Detail and good attendance is required Candidates will interview onsite. If selected, they will start as soon as screening have cleared.
