• Do inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and issues
• Coordinate day-to-day import of international freight forwarding shipments
• Troubleshoot problems and find fast, friendly solutions
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, services, and system updates
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Meet daily performance goals for call volume, resolution time, and quality
• Collaborate with teammates to keep things running smoothly (warehouse and logistics departments)
• Represent the company with professionalism and positivity-every time

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of logistics (import/export) experience
• Clear communication skills-both spoken and written
• Patience, empathy, and a calm presence under pressure
• Tech-savvy: able to navigate computer systems and multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team
• Great listening skills and a solution-first mindset
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
