- Do inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and issues
- Coordinate day-to-day import of international freight forwarding shipments
- Troubleshoot problems and find fast, friendly solutions
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, services, and system updates
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Meet daily performance goals for call volume, resolution time, and quality
- Collaborate with teammates to keep things running smoothly (warehouse and logistics departments)
- Represent the company with professionalism and positivity-every time
- 1-2 years of logistics (import/export) experience
- Clear communication skills-both spoken and written
- Patience, empathy, and a calm presence under pressure
- Tech-savvy: able to navigate computer systems and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team
- Great listening skills and a solution-first mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- A positive attitude and a desire to help people-every single day
