CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Rotating Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Join a people-oriented company where your growth matters! At Kilter Termite & Pest Control, we’ll train you to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key support for our field team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and jobs for Inspectors and Technicians
- Collect payments and process remote deposits
- Input and update customer information accurately
- Support technicians and respond to their needs in real time
- Collaborate with Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Document accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating Saturdays required
- Weekend availability
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience handling high-volume phone activity, including outbound and inbound calls
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Professional demeanor with tact, courtesy, and consideration toward customers and coworkers
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
