Customer service representatives are the heart of our busy business and AirTech HVAC in Pasadena, CA is looking for an experienced CSR to provide stellar service and support to our valued customers.

This position provides on-going paid training and support to promote the knowledge and the growth needed to fulfill all duties of the position that will allow you to make someone else's life more comfortable every day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments.
  • Understanding how to effectively schedule technicians based on their skill set and customer needs.
  • Make warm outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments.
  • Manage customer concerns with the objective of maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high quality calls and following expected call flows and scripts.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of Call Center experience; HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions.
  • Solid computer skills. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Highly detailed and organized.
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
