Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.

Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred but not required; we will assist with obtaining your license if needed.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software; familiarity with insurance management systems is a plus.
