Customer Service Representative SCA I (Onsite - Chester, VA)

Location: 12730 N Kingston Ave, Chester, VA 23836
Pay:$15.82/hour + $1,000 new hire bonus & up to $2,200 in other potential bonuses + employer-paid benefits
Schedule: Full-time

Training Schedule Options

  • AM Class: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

OR

  • PM Class: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday-Friday (Eligible for shift differential)

Post-Training Hours

  • Contact Center Hours: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Assigned schedules at Hire!Shifts will vary and may include weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, scripted customer service via phone and email
  • Assist callers with completing and submitting online forms
  • Log call outcomes, escalate as needed
  • Follow privacy and compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing program training and updates

Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clear English communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM

Preferred:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable following scripts
  • Ability to multitask and meet performance expectations
