Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, In-Person)

About the Role:

LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Portland, ME location. This is a full-time, in-person position (not remote). We are looking for a professional, motivated, and dependable individual who is ready to grow with a company that values honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company and play a vital role in providing fast and friendly service to our customers. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting potential and existing customers with questions regarding loan products
  • Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
  • Managing customer accounts and processing payments
  • Making courtesy calls and maintaining regular communication with customers

  • Rotating Saturday Schedule: 9 AM to 3 PM

Requirements:

General:
  • Must be available to work full-time, in person
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable with computers and data entry

Personal Qualities:
  • Motivated, dependable, and honest
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Professional demeanor and a team player
