Monday Thursday | 9:00 AM 3:00 PM (Flexible Hours)


Position Overview:


We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Allstate Insurance agency in Palm Desert, CA. This is a part-time, in-person position perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers with their personal insurance needs.


Ideal candidates will have prior Allstate agency experience and hold a California Property & Casualty license.



Qualifications:


Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.


Allstate agency experience strongly preferred.


Previous customer service or insurance experience (minimum 1 year).


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.


Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.


Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.


Compensation:


Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).


Paid training.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:




Provide excellent in-person and phone support to clients regarding their auto, home, and other personal insurance policies.




Process policy changes, payments, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.




Assist with billing inquiries, claims support, and customer follow-up.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate products, systems, and agency procedures.




Support agents with administrative tasks and light office duties.




Ensure compliance with all Allstate and California Department of Insurance requirements.


Requirements
