Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Assist Farmers Insurance customers with questions regarding policies, claims, and coverage options

Provide personalized guidance to help clients find the right insurance solutions

Resolve issues efficiently and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to strengthen our commitment to service excellence


Requirements

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Property and casualty (P&C) license is a plus; willing to obtain if not already licensed

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Prior experience in insurance or a similar role is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A positive attitude and a commitment to integrity and service
