Job Description

Were looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our customers answering questions, solving problems, and helping make every interaction a positive one. The right person will enjoy helping others, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities:
        Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
        Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
        Handle customer issues with patience, empathy, and understanding
        Record and update customer information in the company system
        Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns quickly
        Follow up to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they received
        Meet performance goals for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
        High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
        Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
        Strong verbal and written communication skills
        Good listening skills and attention to detail
        Comfortable using computers, phones, and customer service software
        Reliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
        Positive attitude and willingness to learn
