Pay: $12 per hour

Schedule:
Our operations run 24/7, so flexibility is essential. Monthly shift bids are performance-based.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow up to ensure the resolution of any customer issues
  • Proficiency in email platforms (Outlook) and customer support software
  • Understanding of gaming platforms, including consoles, PCs, and mobile devices
  • Familiarity with common gaming issues and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with email platforms (Outlook) and email customer support software
  • Familiar with gaming platforms (including consoles, PCs, and mobile devices), common gaming issues, and troubleshooting techniques
