Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Aurora, IL 60502
Assignment Duration: 3 months (possibility of temp-to-hire)
Work Schedule: 8am-4:30pm

Position Summary:
Selected candidate should have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience using various business operating systems (accounting, order processing, inventory, and Sales force).

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (telephone, email, teams, and interoffice communications)

  • Email communication/ Inquiries with sales team and other WM/Client team members in other divisions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail, well organized, and professional.

  • Manifest - Mail merging

  • Purchase order processing/ with suppliers

  • Order entry

  • Freight scheduling

    Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
