We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our office team for a long-term opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, communicating with customers, and supporting business operations.

No prior experience is required — training will be provided. Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers

  • Process and enter customer orders accurately in NetSuite

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email

  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
