We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our office team for a long-term opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, communicating with customers, and supporting business operations.
No prior experience is required — training will be provided. Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
Process and enter customer orders accurately in NetSuite
Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email
Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
