We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR), Producers, and the Agency in all areas of client service and retention.


Position Overview


The CSR will assist with day-to-day service needs, including policy inquiries, billing, claims, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone whos organized, enjoys problem-solving, and loves connecting with clients to provide outstanding service.


You'll help keep our clients happy and our agency running smoothly while having the opportunity to grow into a licensed role within the Farmers network.

Responsibilities


Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.


Handle policy inquiries, process changes, and assist with documentation.


Assist with billing questions and claims support to ensure a smooth customer experience.


Support the CSSR and Producers by preparing quotes, sending documents, and following up with clients.


Help with retention efforts by maintaining positive client relationships and following up on renewals.


Update client records and manage data in CRM systems accurately.


Contribute to a professional, positive, and team-oriented office environment.


Requirements

Passion for helping people and providing great customer service.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Fast learner with a positive, adaptable mindset.


Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office tools.


Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.


Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred (insurance experience a plus).


Property & Casualty License preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.


Bi-lingual (Spanish) plus..
