Are you great on the phone and love helping customers? Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) is looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to help generate new business leads while providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll play a key role in growing our business-making about 10 outbound cold calls per day, following up on warm leads, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This is not a closing sales role-you'll focus on identifying opportunities and connecting prospects with our outside sales team.
What You'll DoResearch and call potential customers (about 10 calls per day) to generate quality sales leads
Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to outside sales
Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture relationships
Provide quotes, process orders, and answer product questions
Identify opportunities to introduce additional CFS products or solutions
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
1+ years of customer service, inside sales, or B2B lead generation experience preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations
Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
