$35,000 - $48,000 Hourly + Bonuses

• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints

• Make outbound calls – Connect with clients & transfer them to Loan Officers
• Engage & problem-solve – Answer questions and build trust with customers
• Earn while you learn – Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses
• Fast-track to Loan Officer – We’ll cover your NMLS prep, testing & licensing!
• Crush goals & get promoted – Develop sales skills, close deals & level up

• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
