***Client is requiring hands-on SAGE experience***
We're looking for a candidate for our Customer Service Department who has experience in Customer Service, e-commerce, and Accounting (bonus). We need a highly-motivated, stable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
LOCATION: Gardena – 100% on site
HOURS: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
TYPE: Temp to Hire
PAY: $24hr
Responsibilities:
- Field and direct phone calls, serving as our customer's first point of contact
- Provide support to office team members and outside sales team
- Receive & process customer orders by email, phone, fax, and via our website
- Provide customers with product information and quotes
- Other administrative and office duties as needed
Requirements for Consideration:
- Bachelor or Associates degree plus 2 years previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
- Team player with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet daily deadlines
- A desire to grow with our company through ongoing learning and training
