About the Role
Treatspace is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for our PracticeBeat product line to help medical practices maximize the value of our cloud-based software. You'll manage a portfolio of customer relationships, monitor customer health, drive renewals and retention, and deliver exceptional experiences
What You'll Do
As part of our experienced customer success team, you'll be the strategic partner our medical practice customers rely on. Your responsibilities include:
- Build trusted relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to customers
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities
- Drive product adoption and demonstrate continued value post-implementation
- Identify and develop upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals
- Manage escalations and advocate for customer needs internally
- Coordinate with internal teams to help customers achieve their objectives
- Deliver product training and best practices webinars
- Review and optimize medical practice websites
- Support PPC campaigns and coordinate monthly performance reviews
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure effective delivery
What You Bring
Required:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role with SEO/SEM focus
- Proven track record increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools: SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media marketing, web design fundamentals
- Experience with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and project management tools (Monday.com)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing escalations and negotiating successful resolutions
Bonus Points:
- Background in content marketing, SEO, or web design
- Experience with healthcare or medical practices
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms (Planhat)
- Sales or renewals experience
