                                                    Job Description
                                Description:

                        - Networking with the various departments at our client sites, in order to promote the concept of our customer-driven, service-oriented approach of doing business
 - Becoming the conduit of communication between us and a client, ensuring that our technical, quality and operations teams address every client need competently and timely
 - Handling all of the transactional aspects of each client relationship, including normal incoming orders as well as emergencies such as new product launches
 - Working closely with the sales team to coordinate our business development efforts by alerting sales representatives about business opportunities as well as potential pitfalls in our transactions
 - Monitoring incoming business volume to ensure that we continuously meet volume expectations
 - Ensuring that our operations, quality and technical teams have the proper specifications to produce every client order
 - The bilingual customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position reports to the customer service manager.
 
- The positions are located in Sanford, NC and Clifton NJ; all candidates must be within commuting distance from either one of these locations
 - There is some travel time required, both local and air travel
 - Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
 - Customer support experience in business-to-business settings and a college degree is strongly preferred
 - Bilingual - Spanish and English
