We are seeking an experienced Access Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will:

* Install, service, and repair mag locks, electric strikes, door hardware, and access control systems for commercial clients.
* Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
* Plan and execute security system installations, including site surveys, equipment layout, and wiring plans.
* Test and troubleshoot access control and CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality.
* Document all installation and service activities accurately.
*Required Skills:*

* Hands-on experience with access control systems and mag locks.
* Ability to install and program CCTV and alarm systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Experience with a variety of CCTV and alarm brands.
* Knowledge of blueprint reading and wiring layouts.
* OSHA 10 certification and lift training (boom/scissor).
* Active Texas Alarm Install License.

Estamos buscando un Tecnico de Control de Acceso con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto, usted:

* Instalara, dara servicio y reparara cerraduras magneticas, cerraduras electricas, herrajes de puertas y sistemas de control de acceso para clientes comerciales.
* Mantendra relaciones solidas con los clientes resolviendo inquietudes y brindando un servicio excepcional.
* Planificara e implementara instalaciones de sistemas de seguridad, incluyendo inspecciones del sitio, diseno del equipo y planes de cableado.
* Probara y solucionara problemas en sistemas de control de acceso y CCTV para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento.
* Documentara con precision todas las actividades de instalacion y servicio.
*Habilidades Requeridas:*

* Experiencia practica con sistemas de control de acceso y cerraduras magneticas.
* Capacidad para instalar y programar sistemas de CCTV y alarmas.
* Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y atencion al detalle.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion y servicio al cliente.
* Automotivado, organizado y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente.
*Calificaciones Preferidas:*

* Experiencia con diversas marcas de CCTV y alarmas.
* Conocimiento en lectura de planos y diseno de cableado.
* Certificacion OSHA 10 y entrenamiento en elevadores (boom/scissor).
* Licencia activa para instalacion de alarmas en Texas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
