Job Title: Data Analyst - Asset Management Data
Job Location: Wabash, Chicago, IL
Duration: 9 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our Data & Analytics products within Asset Management. The candidate will focus on analyzing data related to a broad range of asset classes and on helping build out data solutions using new sources of data.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Management
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to asset management.
* Develop and maintain data mapping and validation documents.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data analysis needs.
* Provide insights and subject matter expertise based on data analysis.
* Ensure data quality and integrity.
Domain Expertise
* Provide thought leadership in the financial services data space, focusing on a broad range of asset classes.
* Collaborate with team members to design and implement data solutions to support business goals and outcomes.
* Help with writing user stories and acceptance criteria
* Develop and execute testing strategies and plans.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in asset management required.
* Experience with distribution data preferred.
* Strong understanding of data across various asset classes.
* Hands on SQL skills and a good understanding of data pipelines & transformations
* Familiarity with data tools such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in an agile development environment.![]()
