JUNIOR DATA ANALYST ALBANY, NY Fusco Personnel is searching for a Data Analyst to join our client’s growing team — someone who’s as comfortable diving into complex datasets as they are presenting insights to internal stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in shaping business strategy, improving product experiences, and streamlining operations by leveraging data, AI tools, and API integrations. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: Data Analysis & Insights ETL & Data Management Data Visualization API Integration AI & Automation Documentation & Communication Quality & Integrity Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field (Will consider experience in lieu of formal degree) 2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools/pipelines Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Experience working with APIs and RESTful services Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., Python, scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs) Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Matillion, FME, AWS Glue) Exposure to mobile/web analytics platforms Understanding of data governance, compliance, and version control Salary: $50-65k Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
