Job Title: Data Entry AdministratorDuration: 2-Month ContractLocation: Onsite – Portland, ORSchedule: Monday–Friday, Full TimePay: $20–$24 per hour
Overview:Join a leading financial services organization for a 2-month onsite contract as a Data Entry Administrator. You’ll play a key role in supporting a balance transfer project, ensuring accurate and timely data processing.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and verify financial data related to balance transfers
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous data entry or administrative experience (financial services preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work onsite in Portland, OR
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
