Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Political Law Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in campaign finance, pay-to-play rules, lobbying regulations, and FARA. Prior experience working at the Federal Election Commission or with comparable law firm experience is required. Candidates must have stellar academic credentials along with advanced written and verbal communication skills.

The firm's Political Law practice is nonpartisan, advising private-sector clients on the rules governing interactions with government officials. The team counsels corporations, trade associations, financial services providers, and investment firms on compliance with political activity regulations and represents clients before the Federal Election Commission, Department of Justice, State Attorneys General, House and Senate Ethics Committees, and various state agencies.
