We’re seeking a DC Power Technician to join a fast-growing team supporting critical wireless and wireline infrastructure. This role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems, DC power plants, and battery systems. What You’ll Do
  • Perform installation and removal of fiber and cables
  • Complete fiber/cable pre-termination and termination
  • Install and maintain DC power systems, including battery racks, auxiliary framing, interconnects, and grounding
  • Execute lacing and stitching of low-voltage cabling
  • Operate tools for cabling and lugging such as hydraulic crimping tools, cable cutters, heat guns
  • Support raceway installation and structured cabling tasks
  • Travel extensively to project sites (starting in Anderson, SC), working in commercial building environments

What You Bring
  • Experience with low-voltage cabling, including lacing and terminating
  • Knowledge of DC power systems and battery maintenance
  • Familiarity with 48-volt power systems
  • Ability to perform diversified installation tasks: anchoring, leveling, drilling, securing racks and cables
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have
  • Experience with fiber optic cable installation and splicing
  • Knowledge of routers, switches, and structured cabling
  • Familiarity with punchdown, coax, and copper power termination
  • Previous work in Central Office, Headend, or wireless environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Anderson, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
