Defense Litigation Attorney
Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Defense Litigation Attorney in Dallas, TX
An established firm based in Houston with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with insurance defense litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in trial and pre-trial matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $150,000-$200,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Candidates must be licensed in Texas and have at least five years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Strong trial preparation and courtroom skills are required.
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication abilities are essential.
Experience handling depositions, mediations, and client communications independently is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in insurance defense matters including bodily injury, property damage, and coverage disputes.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Conduct depositions and attend mediations and hearings.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies.
