At College Hill Dental Group in Easton, PA, we’re looking for a Dental Experience Coordinator who thrives on meaningful patient connections, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven, kind, and collaborative team.
This is a hybrid position that’s primarily front office — but includes supporting our clinical team and patients chairside as needed.
What You’ll Do
Front Office Responsibilities
- Be one of the first friendly voices and faces that patients meet
- Build trust and connection from the first phone call through every visit
- Collect patients’ investment toward the care they want to complete
- Help patients understand how treatment can fit into their goals and lifestyle
- Keep the schedule full, efficient, and productiveCoordinate new patient and sedation visits with warmth and attention to detail
- Help patients feel heard, informed, and taken care of every step of the way
Clinical Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our lead assistant to maintain flow in the back
- Assist with x-rays, sterilization, and chairside support as needed
- Take photos, intraoral scans, and other records to support high-level patient care
- Step in where needed to create an exceptional, smooth patient experience

Pay & Benefits
- $18–$25/hr, depending on experience
- PTO up to 4 weeks
