Robinwood Dental of Hagerstown, MD is looking to hire a full-time Dental Front Office Business Assistant. This Dental Front Office Business Assistant position earns $18.00 - $23.50/hour, depending on dental office experience. We also offer holiday pay and paid time off (PTO) that starts right away as well as a 401(k) contributions after one year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DENTAL FRONT OFFICE BUSINESS ASSISTANT

As a Dental Front Office Business Assistant, you work with our patients and other team members to keep our office running smoothly. You check patients out and collect copays. Your kind, friendly demeanor is often the final impression of their visit and stays with them, leading to return visits and referrals.

You make appointments and follow up with patients. With attention to detail, you review pre-authorizations with patients and prepare financial contracts. You work closely with dentists and assistants to keep the schedule functioning efficiently, while ensuring that patients' needs are met. You take pride in helping to keep the office organized and patients happy!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DENTAL BUSINESS OFFICE TEAM MEMBER

  • Experience in a dental office
  • Oral Surgery office experience is of particular interest, but not required
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time administrative customer service position works during our normal business hours which are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
