Our ideal team member would:
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the practice regarding treatment planning and financial arrangements
- Present and explain proposed treatment plans and associated costs in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups to ensure timely and efficient care
- Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities
- Coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Track acceptance of treatment plans and follow up with patients who have pending or incomplete treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all treatment information is documented properly in the practice management system
- Support front office operations, including answering phones, greeting patients, and checking patients in/out as needed
