Oakbrook Dental Group | Treatment Coordinator | Part Time

Our office is growing, and we are looking to add a passionate Treatment Coordinator to our friendly team at Oak Brook Dental Group! At Oak Brook Dental Group, we are dedicated to improving our patient's oral health and helping our patients achieve their perfect smile. Our team strives to create a comfortable experience for our patients through our compassionate care and the family like atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is someone who has 1 - 2 years of experience and is friendly, compassionate and loves working with patients to help achieve their smile goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate patient check-in/check-out and scheduling based on provider preferences
  • Manage treatment planning, insurance billing, claims, and collections
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members, demonstrating emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Navigate multi-line phone systems and maintain email etiquette
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OIG, and OSHA standards
  • Maintain financial accuracy and patient records using Eaglesoft and Microsoft Suite

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dental office experience
  • Familiarity with PPO insurance plans and dental benefits
  • Proficient in Eaglesoft dental software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Dental Assistant experience is a major plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
  • Warm, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Licensing/Certification:

  • Dental Assistant certification preferred but not required

Schedule:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
