SkyBlue Dentistry is seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to lead the coordination of clinical and operational workflows within our dental practice.
The Dental Treatment Planning and Clinical Operations Coordinator is responsible for integrating treatment planning, case presentation, daily production scheduling, and the overall coordination of the clinical workflow.
This position combines clinical knowledge, operational leadership, and strong communication skills, ensuring that patients fully understand their treatment plans while the team operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and DOH standards.
The role also involves supporting the team in treatment presentation and financial discussions, helping patients make informed decisions through clear, ethical, and compassionate guidance.
Because of our diverse patient base, the ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, able to communicate effectively with both patients and staff to ensure a seamless experience throughout the clinical process.
