Job Description:
We are seeking a Designer to provide design and art direction support during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will work across multiple beauty brands, supporting innovation launches, e-commerce, merchandising, and digital assets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with global brand experience, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and able to deliver marketing-ready assets at a high standard.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with two Creative Directors to support innovation launches across beauty brands.

• Execute design and art direction for e-commerce, merchandising, and social media projects.

• Develop layouts, manage project timelines, and release final files.

• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and are production-ready (DMIs).

• Collaborate with external partners, managing timelines for post-production of stills and video.

• Act as part of an in-house creative agency, supporting global execution of innovation projects.

• Research and ideate creative vision for assigned brands (Biolage, Mizani, Pureology).

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Self starter, experience in a Fast paced environment
• Global brand experience
• Adobe Suite and FIGMA proficient
• Beauty experience
• portfolio is required
• Being able to put things together that feel complete on their own

Nice-to-Haves:

• Beauty brand experience (ideal).

• Knowledge of packaging production processes.

• Passion for fashion/beauty with an eye for aesthetics and brand expression.
