Designer at One Tech Engineering

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Designer for a position located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Designer will work closely with team members and designers to help build packets, track payments, and manage service installations.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a background in design, business, accounting, construction management, or GIS.

Designer Responsibilities:

• Track and assist with activities related to compliance with internal business rules, electric and gas tariffs, and state, local, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support data integrity and process adherence within the design organization.
• May assist with creating, updating, and revising sketches, working drawings, and contract documents using GIS software.
• Assist with the refundable agreements and reporting to the capital budget.
• Prepare documentation to support design drawings.
• Prepare bills of material, schedules, and assist engineering personnel with formal drawing transmittals and construction issues.

Requirements of the Designer:

• Background in design, business, accounting, construction management, or GIS is preferred.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Knowledge of systems like Small world for mapping and design systems is a nice to have.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
