We are currently seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of our fleet of heavy-duty diesel construction machinery and equipment. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a comprehensive knowledge of diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding techniques.

Job Details

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the industrial industry.
2. Proven expertise in the maintenance and repair of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
3. Proficient in the use of a wide range of hand and power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
4. A Class C driver's license.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of machinery and equipment.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. A strong commitment to safety, and the ability to comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
8. The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
9. A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant trade certification or associate degree is preferred.
