Whether you’re assisting with meal prep, serving residents with a smile, or keeping the kitchen safe and clean, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community.

• Assist with preparing and serving meals in accordance with resident care plans and dietary guidelines

• Provide friendly and respectful service to enhance the dining experience

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area

• Follow sanitation and safe food handling procedures

• Support the dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations

• Help create a welcoming dining environment where residents feel at home

• No certification required—training provided

• Experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus but not required

• Dependable, resident-focused, and team-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation practices
