Job Description

The Data Analyst will be dedicated to dashboard development, reporting, and analysis for the Digital Retail Platform (DRP) team. This person will be focused on performance and operational metrics which are core to running the business at the overall Brand and Dealer levels. Key Responsibilities: • Working with stakeholders to understand objectives driving the requests/requirements. • Ability to translate data into answers that resonate with the business. • Monthly reporting on brand and site metrics, leads and sales, clickstream, and funnel performance, as well as trending over time, insights across site activities, and comparison of performance and trends across brands. • Ad hoc analysis of leads to sales conversion, funnel performance analysis, dealer level inquiries, and other items as needed. • Site data inputs including mobile vs. Desktop usage, engagement, and site behaviors including heat mapping, click-stream data, and content engagement. • Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal guidance Must-Have Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of applicable experience in website data analysis and reporting. Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency with web analytics platforms ( Adobe Analytics ). Excellent understanding of clickstream data. Strong data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to convey highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to work with senior management, technical, and client teams to determine data requirements and implement best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of success in previous roles. A strong desire to work with data and help businesses make data-driven decisions. Nice-to-Have Skills: Proficiency with Power BI for dashboard development and visualization. Experience with Azure/Databricks Knowledge of at least one scripting language, such as Python. Experience with cloud data platforms. A curious and creative approach to research and problem-solving. This is a hybrid position in Warren, MI. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50-60/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
